Particularly delicate and floral, attractive to the nose and pleasant on the palate. Its fresh and juicy character is reinforced by the vigour of the eau-de-vie. It reveals notes of apricot, fresh fig, dried fruits and nuts.

It is composed of 76% grape juice and 24% eaux-de-vie (which must be between 60% - 72% ALC and distilled the previous year). After a six-month rest period, the Pineau is aged for at least 18 months, twelve of which are in oak barrels.
