Tasting Notes

Strong notes of cherry (a little minty), the mouth generous with a nice length on the finish.  A nice structure which serves as a reminder of its origins in the Côte de Nuits. Endowed with good aging, it easily reveals its potential after only a few years.

Meix de la Poulotte

The estate was created in 1999 from the family estate, enriched with several plots that they were able to develop over the Vintages. Proud to work the land, he is not afraid to present himself as a 'peasant who scratches the globe'! Ghislain's goal is to perpetuate this domain and later pass it on to his son, who is currently studying in the world of wine.
