A 10-day maceration of biodynamically grown Roussanne and Viognier grapes gives this wine its orange-tinged colour. A light tannic texture and a beautiful aromatic freshness is expressed. This wine is made in small quantity with a yearly production of only 1,000 bottles.

Vinification |
Certified organic and biodynamic farming Soils are ploughed or covered with grass. The vineyard yield is carefully controlled through disbudding. Roussanne is de-stemmed, while Viognier is vinified whole cluster. Fermentation lasts for 10 days with gentle punching down. Maturing is carried out in amphora and stainless steel vat for 5 months. |

Monsieur Houser is a passionate wine-grower who has dedicated himself to carrying on with the tradition established by the previous owners. His motto is ‘quality not quantity’. Annual production does not exceed 40,000 bottles – and particularly highly recommended are the Côtes du Rhône Villages as well as the Cairanne Vieilles Vignes.
