Georges Vigouroux
Located along the Lot River on its meanders and slopes in Cahors, in the South West, Georges Vigouroux is operated by Bertrand-Gabriel Vigouroux, who combines tradition and the modern techniques of wine making, helping to respect the malbec vines.
The Wine Production is split between two vineyards, Chateau de Mercues which was bought in 1983 and Château de Haute-Serre.
The Vigouroux family pride themselves on their gastronomy, sharing, well-being. Self-enjoyment and discovery, which are highlighted in their wine making.

Vin de France: Le Gouleyant Malbec Pur Fruit'Le Gouleyant' (easy to drink). A dark robe for a generous wine, intense and fruity. Black fruit on the nose, aith delicate and silky tannins. You can serve it slightly chilled at 14/15°C.

Cahors: Georges Vigouroux Le Gouleyant Reserve'Le Gouleyant' (easy to drink). Dark cherry red colour, with a nose typical of the Malbec variety. Notes of ripe black and red fruits (cherry, blackberry, raspberry). The mouth is also very fruity, and finishes on soft and elegant tannins.

Cahors: Chateau Leret Monpezat Grand VinThe large percentage of Malbec gives this wine all the characteristics of a classic Cahors. Located in the heart of the appellation, Château Leret Monpezat wines have a deep, rich colour of impressive density. Redolent of blackcurrant in its youth, it has plenty of body and good length, with the powerful tannins softened by well integrated oak from ageing in barrels.
