Much sought after, Chénas, the rarest of the Beaujolais Crus, is a generous cellaring wine with a wonderfully soft mouthfeel. The robe is ruby with garnet tints; the aromas are floral with peony at the fore. This cuvée was matured in barrels for 8 months and sets itself apart with its finesse and complexity.

Tannic structure from a long fermentation. Placed in oaked barrels for 4 to 6 months, it gives round and complex tannins.
