This Premier Cru benefits from all the advantages that its exceptional terroir confers on it. The nose evokes smells reminiscent of iodized spray, fishing, with nuances of aniseed herbs. With aeration, it develops towards more richness, embodied by notes of brioche, apple, fresh butter, passion fruit. This wine develops a luscious and crunchy fruity substance, supported by a well-integrated lemony acidity. On the mid-palate, predominantly clay minerality, fruity volume and delicacy. A remarkably elegant wine with a lingering finish.

The palate is remarkably fresh and dynamic with notes of warm plums, figs, pineapple and passion fruit. The finish is both lemony and exotic.

Complex mineral nose with aromas of fresh fruit, grapes, apple, pear and breadcrumbs. It evolves towards notes of peach, pineapple, apricot, with hints of sweet spices. The nose is open and intense with aromas of yellow fruits (peach, mirabelle plum, pear), blackcurrant, violet or even anise and honeysuckle; the whole supported by a nice minerality. Much sought after, Chénas, the rarest of the Beaujolais Crus, is a generous cellaring wine with a wonderfully soft mouthfeel. The robe is ruby with garnet tints; the aromas are floral with peony at the fore. This cuvée was matured in barrels for 8 months and sets itself apart with its finesse and complexity.

This Cognac is made from Grande Champagne, 1er Cru de Cognac. This unique terroir, who is a guarantee of quality, is enhanced by the single Estate production. It is a subtle balance that makes it exclusive and authentic. The Very Superior Old Pale (VSOP) is a blend of Cognacs of different ages, the youngest of which has spent at least 5 years in oak barrels. Its colour with amber nuances leads to delicate floral aromas intermingled with vanilla.

Composed of 40% Fine Bois, 40% Petite Champagne and 20% Grande Champagne. This cognac spends 8 months in new oak barrels to extract soft and light aromas, then in red barrels. It reveals fruity (apricot, lychee and orange zest), floral (acacia and jasmine) notes, slightly spicy with ginger and softened by vanilla.

With the typical notes of Chardonnay, the nose unveils aromas of toasted bread, butter and white blossom. The mouth is abundant, round, with a beautiful acidity.

In Dolio is a collaboration between Pierre Gaillard and the Gallo-Roman museum of Saint-Romain-en-Gal-Vienne. This Chardonnay has a fruity nose with apricot notes. It shows a round and full mouth, beautifully fresh and mineral. The tannins are present, but soft and harmonious.

Round, aromatic and fresh. It comes from vines planted on sandy soils in the plain of the Drôme around the Crozes Hermitage appellation. This terroir allows the grape variety to express generous aromatic fruitiness and plenty of structure.

This 100% Merlot with a deep colour reveals a nose with nuances of stone fruits, sweet spices and a delicate vegetal sensation. The beautifully structured mouth is fresh and long.
