Very soft and elegant, not too heavy but with smooth texture. Highly pleasant after-taste. A bouquet of red berries, dark berries and a hint of pepper. The charm of this Sablet lies in the combination of the fruit aromas and the finesse and freshness on the palate. We think highly of this particular wine.

A pale pink colour. On the nose, it develops aromas of citrus, exotic fruit and red berries. On the palate, nice liveliness, tone, lots of complexity and a remarkable length, revealing the limestone typicality from Sablet.

Golden robe, an explosion of white flowers and peach, very round on the palate, both ample and fleshy yet retaining outstanding vivaciousness from start to finish.

Harvested on hard limestone and chalky-flinty soils this wine is to be drunk young. Its intensity, freshness and great minerality matches with a platter of seafood and crustaceans.

Always a fashionable winner if you like Sauvignon. This particular wine has the merit to always please irrespective of the vintage. That has been the case for the last 25 years. It has a dry and most appealing roundness, and such a lovely lingering after-taste. At its best with fish, shellfish and goat cheese. Best drunk within 5 years, but will keep longer and will change in character.

A special cuvee made from vines around 55 years old, with an aroma combining floral and mineral tones. On the palate a true Sancerre, voluptuous, aromatic.

The concentrated palate, ample and harmonious, prolongs the complexity of aromas and supple tannins, and leads to a persistent finale which leaves you with the feeling of great freshness.
