Sylvaner Wine
Sylvaner (also known as Silvaner) is a white wine grape variety, mainly grown across Germany and in the Alsace region in France. This grape is known for its distinctively full-bodied style with aromas of earth and smoke, with fruity flavours. In our option it pairs best with pork and game, and served at around 5ºC.

It reveals toasted, brioche notes and a finish of almond and hazelnut with a touch of strawberry and fresh grass. The palate is ample despite the traditionally light character of Sylvaner. Concentrated and complex, with length and character: atypical of the variety and its fruity expression.
