Cotes du Roussillon Villages
The Côtes du Roussillon Villages are as stated red wines from the villages of the Roussillon, such as Rivesaltes. These wines have an undisputed rich, majestic purple appearance that give them presence. This is due to the climate in region, being extremely hot where the grapes can ripen to their full potential.
Côtes du Roussillon Villages has built an ever increasing positive reputation throughout the last 15 years and is certainly a region to look out for. Domaine Boudau make a variety of red AOC wines made from Grenache, Syrah and Carignan, creating wines that are full bodied, deep and described with cherries and blackberry jam on the palate. These wines go very well with red meats and cheeses and will benefit from a few years ageing.

Côtes du Roussillon Villages: Domaine Boudau Cuvee Henri BoudauPronounced ruby colour. Intense and complex nose with aromas of cherry, slightly liquorice blackcurrant syrup, smoke and ash notes brought by the aging. A very long palate with a fine and tight tannin grain. Always a favourite!
