Cadillac
The Cadillac wine appellation from the Bordeaux wine region solely produces sweet white dessert wine, and takes its name from the town. This appellation is made up of over 320 acres, and mainly grows Semillon, with a few examples of Sauvignon and Muscadelle. Cadillac gained its AOC status in 1973, the laws of which requires the grapes to be harvested by hand.
